The Bears have more depth than ever at linebacker, and they have the position coach back who was in place when Brian Urlacher was named defensive player of the year and Lance Briggs was selected to his first Pro Bowl.
In the shakeup of the coaching staff, Bob Babich retained the title of defensive coordinator but has been put back in charge of the linebackers, the group he coached from 2004 to 2006. The group looks as good as it ever has, and there's a three-way battle at strong side between Pisa Tinoisamoa, Nick Roach and Jamar Williams. Throw in Hunter Hillenmeyer and rookie Marcus Freeman, and the Bears are in good shape.
