FED: Have our best brains conquered chocolate bloom?

BRISBANE, Feb 4 AAP - Some of the world's leading mathematicians believe they have found a
way to prevent chocolate bloom, the whitish hue that has plagued chocolate makers for more
that a century.

"They need to stir the chocolate mixture longer so the crystals are smaller," said Sean
McElwain, director of the Maths In Industry Study Group meeting this week at the Queensland
University of Technology.
